Phoenix Area Skills Camp
Younger campers will be broken up into small groups to learn skills at different positions as well as speed and agility work. They will then come together to use those skills in a group work segment at the end of each session. This age group will receive instruction on throwing and drop back mechanics, route running and running back drills to name a few.
Older campers will have an opportunity to work on offensive position specific drills taught by our coaches. Throwing and drop back mechanics as well as footwork drills for QB’s and route running, beating press coverage drills and catching drills for all offensive players. We will also incorporate combine drill technique instruction into each practice for this age group.
Parents are welcome at all practices.

Camp Requirements
Players must digitally sign a waiver and be in good health in order to attend the camp. Waivers will be available for review prior to completing on-line registration.
What To Bring
Workout Clothes, Cleats, Water Bottle, and QB's must bring a football (please make sure your name is on the football).
